What’s it all about?

What do we have to do?

It’s simple. For example, to support your local Child Care Centre, buy one (or more) Tuffy’s Tub/bucket for $13 (saving of up to $12 per item) and $1 will be donated to your Child Care Centre.  You could also sell that Tuffy’s Tub to your Child Care community or friends for a profit of, say, $5 and donate that if you want.  Then multiply that by a few hundred Tuffy’s Tubs/buckets and watch the fundraising dollars add up.  And one of the best bits is that you can buy from four to hundreds of Tuffy’s Tubs/buckets and pay a subsidised delivery, handling & insurance rate to almost anywhere in Australia

It’s like the chocolate drive only more colourful and way more useful & healthy!

What’s the catch?

Nothing.  With the weight of the discounted freight cost being carried by TUFFYS plus the $1 donation on top of that outlay, only the fundraisers will benefit.  No hidden agendas, no get rich quick schemes, just the willingness to give something back.  And that’s got to be worth supporting.

A NOTE ABOUT THE MATES BEHIND AUSTRALIA’S BIGGEST FUNDRAISER

Two Brisbane-based small business owners, Des Warnock and Garry Fraser are a couple of mates who created a very successful business from their small warehouse in Geebung.  They created and distributed Tuffy’s Tubs/buckets; a 100% Aussie made & 100% Aussie owned product that has stood the test of time.

And now they want to share their success with those in need through a project named “Australia’s Biggest Fundraiser”.

Having secured a very large market in Australia, the boys decided to give something back to the country they love and to help those who need it most, and Australia’s Biggest Fundraiser was born.

With different sizes and vibrant colours, Tuffy’s Tubs/buckets declared a state of giving, promising to donate $1 from every tub/bucket sold to reach their target of $1,000,000 donated to fundraisers within one year. 

A website was created www.buyfundraisingtub.com.au and all tubs were simplistically reduced to $13, offering a saving of up to $12 per item. And to sweeten the deal, Garry and Des in conjuction with Courriers Please, decided to support fundraising organisations even further by contributing to the delivery fees across Australia by a special delivery, handling & insurance rate per order for 4 to 1,000 items bought.

And to ensure equitable fundraising dollars were distributed, they decided to let the customer choose their favorite, legitimate group to support by allowing them to choose the recipient of their $1 donation.  They also wanted this campaign to be fully open and accountable by displaying all recipient groups and current dollars donated in totals on the website in the form of a leader board.

The boys believe there will be the equivalent of thirteen full time jobs created for the duration of the campaign.  Now that’s got to be good for Australia!
