Q: Why is this company doing this? Is it to make money?
A: No, the boys at Tuffy’s Tubs genuinely want to contribute to the community and, as they work with farmers and community groups across Australia in their business, they just decided to make a bit of a difference to those who need it most. No fuss, no hidden agendas.
Q: What happens to my dollar I automatically donate when I purchase a Tuffy’s Tub or Bucket?
A: You can choose who you want to receive your dollar. Whether that organisation is a big, high profile not-for-profit organisation such as the Leukaemia Foundation or you want your dollar to go to your school P&C, it all adds up. Our check-out cart will direct you to your charity of choice.
Q: What is the minimum amount of tubs I need to order?
A: A minimum of 4 tubs/buckets will need to be purchased. This will reduce delivery costs to you.
Q: How much will freight cost me?
A: It will be a flat fee as advised on your order form for most the populated areas as the freight will be subsidized by Tuffy’s Tubs in conjuction with Couriers Please
With a minimum 4 tubs/buckets order (any size or combination) to a maximum of 20 tubs or buckets (of any size or combination) per package.
View Couriers Please Zone Map Here. When you enter your postcode on your order form, the freight fee will be calculated automatically for you to aprove prior to payment.
Example 1. 15 mixed tubs/ buckets delivered to Bendigo Victoria = 1 bundle which costs $19.80 delivery.
Example 2. 40 mixed tubs/buckets delivered to Rockhampton Qld = 2 bundles which costs 2 x $19.80 for a total of $39.60
You can purchase up to 60 tubs/buckets this way. For larger orders over 60 units we will contact you to advise of you best freight options.
Freight to areas outside these zones are on a quote basis & we will contact you to advise of your best freight options. A TBA code will appear on your order.
Q: How does our organisation make money from this?
A: Tuffys will donate $1 from every tub/bucket, that you purchase, to your nominated charity or not for profit organisation. You could also buy on behalf of a group and onsell to members for a profit to raise even further funds for your charity.....add say $2, $5 $10 or an amount of your choice........its up to you.....and raise even more funds.
Q: How are payments made to the beneficiaries?
A: A non negotiable cheque will be sent monthly to the accredited secretary of your organisation.
